Tulane University’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents the Fall dance mainstage production, Above the Oaks 2024. Now in its 23rd year, Above the Oaks is a showcase of the student choreographers shaping the future of movement in these new works of modern dance.

Themes change by the semester, but this is an exploration of Contemporary Modern Dance shown in our third-floor studio nestled amongst the live oaks. Join us and see what exciting and new choreographic work our students are able to imagine.
