Reserved tickets are valid only until 10 minutes before start time. Once all reserved tickets have been claimed 10 minutes before the show's start, any unclaimed tickets will be released to the waitlist line on a first-come, first-served basis. The PMA box office will form a waitlist line 15-20 mins before the show's start time on the day of the show.
