Empower All to Champion a Violence Free Community!  Week Without Violence Ceremony,

Saturday Oct 5, 2024 at 2 pm  

This is an assigned seating event. All Guests must RSVP and reserve their tickets for every attending guest. Each Student Honoree is allowed two guest tickets for the ceremony.  

Attention Parents and Guardians of Student Honorees:  Please be aware that due to the nature of this ceremony all Student Honorees receiving awards and certificates will be seated together with their class and school to be able to get onto the stage as a group. Their group seating will be separate from their parents, guardians and families for the length of the ceremony.  

Student Honorees need to arrive at the Performing Arts Center at 1 pm and check in at the Registration table in the PAC Lobby before the beginning of the Ceremony.   

PAC Lobby Doors Open:                 12:30 pm for activities, exhibits, clowns. 

Ceremony Start:                            2:00 pm

Refreshments will be served in the Courtyard after the Ceremony.
