Growing up in Miami, the Latino culture influenced Gaby to have a passion for the roots of salsa, merengue, and jazz. She grew up in a pure musical theatre background until she started private voice lessons with Jocelyn Melnicov, a seasoned Jazz professor at the University of Miami. Through Melnicov's teachings Gaby learned to fuse her Latin spice with the R&B soul her voice matured into. Never letting go of musical theatre - Gaby continued performing at Boston University as "Lorraine" in All Shook Up and later directing and co-writing an original piece called "Miscast". Gaby now moved to New York and is singing at different cabarets and delving into music as much as she can. She is proud to debut her cabaret
