Description
Based on a story published in the "Weekly World News" tabloid in 1992, Bat Boy:The Musical is a comedy/horror show about a half boy/half bat creature who is discovered in a cave near Hope Falls, West Virginia. For lack of a better solution, the local sheriff brings Bat Boy to the home of the town veterinarian, Dr. Parker. Eventually, Bat Boy is accepted as a member of the Parker family, and is taught to act like a "normal" boy by the veterinarian's wife, Meredith, and their teenage daughter, Shelley. Ripped straight from tabloid headlines, Bat Boy:The Musical is a classic love story with a wicked bite! A comic book blast at horror movies set to an infectious pop-rock score. Opening Memorial Day weekend! Bat Boy:The Musical is recommended for mature audiences.
