The Gay and the Girl are presenting their first show as a duo team! They have found the most talented people in New York to come out to be in an amazing cabaret show. Their stories will captivate the audience to really listen and understand their journey. It will be a wonderful night of laughter, music and many drinks will be poured. 

Bios

Alexa Bishop

This is Alexa's producing debut! She's thrilled to be partnering with Jason and to be working with such talented performers. She has previously been the general manager for the AEA benefit reading of Chutzpah! The Musical, the publicist for The Birds and the Bees, and the assistant general manager for Madame Infamy in the 2014 NYMF. Alexa currently works at Stuart Thompson Productions and is also the production supervisor for Prism Theatre Company. Alexa wants to thank all of her friends and family for always being her cheerleaders.

Jason Hillard

Jason has produced several shows in the greater New York City area and in different cities around the country. He is very ecstatic to be working with Alexa Bishop while be captured by stellar performers. Jason has previously had a show earlier this year at The Duplex called, Love: The Experiences of a 20something Year Old, and is very pleased to be welcomed back. Jason's most recent work includes being a costumer for the Indie Film Night Runner that will be released in Spring 2016, the publicist for Irving Berlin's America at 13th Street Rep. by the New York Post writer Chip Deffa, and the stage manager for One Jazzy Affair at the Abington Theater. Jason also has a pretty popular blog called TyicalJason.com that tells about New York City life and all of what one faces during their life. Jason is currently working on a disclosed Startup. Jason gives a very meaningful thank you to all the friends and family for dealing with his crazy schedule and crazier personality.
