Generating a report that includes data on tracking links
To generate a tracking report, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- Select the Reporting tab at the top in the navigation bar
- Click Marketing Report in the left navigation bar
- For Step 1: Select Information to Include, select the options below
- For Step 2: Limit Results by, you can filter the data you receive by the event and date range or show all data
- For Step 3: Select Time Zone, select your time zone
- Click the purple Generate Report button at the bottom of the screen. An Excel spreadsheet with the requested data will be generated.
NOTE: If you want to save this template for future use, click Save Report and the template will appear under the View saved report dropdown.
